ya could be same visa officer,,, and we don't have travel history..how about you ?

i guess the ppr goes in batches guess we all shld be next ..... gettin ppr within 3 months is normal....lot of ppl have got it within 3 months.....the prob is that we seeing these forums and ppl after us gettin their ppr is makin us wonder and get stressed.....lets just wait and pray we get the ppr asap maybe next week

Application Rec – Jan 17-2013

PPR Request – March 9-2013

Now I don’t know why they are taking so long with the passport. It has been 4 months since they have requested the passport. The only update on the website is Application Received. I am worried know should I contact them. :'( I am so nervous and afraid that I just can’t wait for her to come. :-\

According to spreadsheet there are around 15 jan applicants which reduced to 12 in feb and around 6-7 in march i guess they are clearing the jan applicants which will reduce their work...

Hey I am also have the same timeline as you.We can't do anything except waiting.

Have patience. Hope to hear from NDVO soon as they have started approving January applications.

Even I am worried sometimes. If I will not hear anything from them this month then will apply for GCMS notes...

Anyways till then pray to God for speedy process....

yes nrn1,i have travel history to NZ nd aus.. Aus trip was only 5 days..and i stayed in NZ for 3years nd 8 months

dont worry magessss.... even I am in same situation. You can see my timelines under my user id in left side... and btw, it has been 3 months since you got PPR and not 4 months... little more than 3 months... Jan applicants are getting approved one after other since last few days... so lets be positive and soon ours will also be done...
I am hoping to see update in next 2 months for all the remaining Jan applicants...

Hello Manat,

You have any idea how they review the files?

Every Application is unique and different from each other and so is the processing time. Many Applicants received passport back with visa within 4 months from the date of application. But in general now a days at New Delhi they issue PR anywhere from 4 to 6 months time after the transfer of the file.

GOD knows what they are doing.Even I am confused now

I think they will not hold the passport for long not more than 120 days. I wish all will receive good news soon as waiting is really frustrating. Hope for the best within this month.

Congrats sukhmann0786... most of the people get it in 1 to 2 weeks... so most probably you should get it some time this week...

For my wife, it shows Decision made on 11th jun 2013 and she got her passport back yesterday, june 15th 2013
