no i dont think so..infact travel history only matters when u have stayed out of the country for a long time like 6+ months or so....holidays etc dont really matter in slow or fast process of visas or pprVB20 said:I am not sure either.. Just wondering..
Ricbin said:Hello All,
I just wanted to share THE GOOD news which me and my wife were expecting from a looooong.. time.
Our e-Cas status changed to "Decision Made" today on 06/14/2013. Below is my timeline.
Applicaton filed: 21-Jan-2013
AOR Rec'd : 04-Feb-2013
Sponsorship Approved: 14-Feb-2013
Passport requested: 09-Mar-2013
Passport rec'd by NDVO: 14-Mar-2013
Decision Made: 14-June-2013
It says "We started processing your application on June 11, 2013.
Medical results have been received.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision"
Could anyone advise on how long it could take to get the address changed on E-Cas?
We're hoping to get passport stamped within 1-2 weeks.
I wish best of luck to all Jan 2013 / March PPR candidates and pray for them to be with their loved ones soon!
Thanks,
Ricbin

Please check ur spam/junk folders. I have mentioned earlier also that all the emails from Canadian Citizenship & Immigration went to my spam folder and I wasn't even aware of that. I found out when I called them and they told me that they had sent me emails while ago.nrn1 said:I'm in the same boat too... still waiting for PPR.

I am new to this forum and expecting lot of support from all of you. I would like to explain my case before you guys start giving your opinions.
1) landed to Canada first time on June 2011 and applied for sin and pr card and left Canada within 2 weeks.
2) I was working in Dubai upto May 2013 and landed to Canada on 5 June 2013. For 10 days I was working in Dubai.
3) got married in nov 2012 and took my wife to Dubai after marriage on Dubai family visa.
4) right now I am in Canada with a PR card and jobless but i do have sufficient funds for myself and for my wife.
5) I had a arranged marriage
6) I have sufficient documents to prove my marriage like wedding picture, honeymoon tickets, emails, chats, stamps on passport regarding her visit to Dubai as a sponsored person.
Now my questions are :
a) do I need to get employed before I submit sponsorship application
b) will CIC will ask me or expect me to pay tax on the money which I earned in Dubai.
c) do I need to hold a joint account with my wife. I have made her a nominee is it enough
d) whose medical is required for submission of form and it is before submission of application or after
e) I need to collect forms from my wife and submit it in Ontario along with sponsorship form
f) can I get a list or forms which I need to fill.
Waiting for your quick reply so that I can submit my sponsorship application.
Thanks
Lovinguy
