Guys i have a question, on my wifes confirmation of pr under sponsort information which is me the address mentioned is my lawyers address so will that be a problem?

gaurav I don't think that's a problem....someone earlier had this issue too.......they had the old home address on the corp......when u guys land and go thru the immigration process the officer will ask u for your address...give your address that time ....on that address the pr card will be sent ....

You can change that by sending the form which you or your wife used to let the lawyer be your representative. You can use the same form and FIRE the lawyer. Then the mailing addresss will be changed. Or you can just keep the lawyer but change the address.

don't worry on your medicals they will get updated soon....some ppl got it in a week and some ppl got it updated in 4-6 weeks after being in IP.....(for e.g guddi from the forum just got medical updated after a month being in IP ) u can email ndvo for the chg in no or even sent them a case specific enquiry or ask your lawyer to email ndvo........it doesn't delay anything.....coz depending on case to case they call applicants to confirm the mailing address....so e-mail them asap...

I called up my doctor to confirm the dates on which my medicals got uploaded. According to them I did my medicals on 3rd april 2013 and they say It gets uploaded withing next 5 days. But as I applied for pr after a month (9th may) there may be some issue for ndvo to fetch my medicals.
is this true? Do I n3ed to do anything in that case?
I am going to ask my lawyer to reply to ndvo with this information. Lets hope they respond with the exact issue. N yesi asked my lawyer to email them my contact no as well..

they got a call to pick the pp directly from ndvo on Monday as their medical was expiring they are jan applicants.......... so no ip no dm...nothing on e-cas till the call just application recd/medical recd now don't know if its updated
