I wish you all good luck first.

My spouse has received her passport request to submit to New Delhi but unfortunately she has not done her medical yet so I have two question to all of you and hope to hear your feedback.

1. She is going to perform her medical test but I would like to make sure that as she has already her file number will doctor send her medical directly to Delhi or give her a copy.

Is it true that doctor normally issue medical report in closed envalope along with it's copy or pay receipt? Please clarify this point.

2. Her Client Application Status is not showing anything so what should be the reason?

HI , MOSES ,

1. She will require her original passport to get her medicals done. The concerned Panel Physician will directly send the medical reports to CIC and If there is any concern they will inform you. They will provide a a copy of Medical receipt . Original needs to b sent to the CIC and keep a copy of the records.

2. Ecas is not updated with medicals as u still havnt sent them BUT u shud atleast see the statement satating , they have received ur application on so n so date .

Hey Guddi its a gud sign of medical update...this mean u passed the medical and if u don't have any travel history than u will get DM in max 10 days..

It's is showing Canadian mailing address instead of Indian is it ok

yes its ok ...........many ppl their e-cas were showing the Canadian address even after dm........no problem ....they will call to confirm the address before sending out your pp if they have any issues don't worry...

Actually you will see that you will have 2 UCI numbers. once woudl be the sponsorer like the person having the CDN PR or cotizen sponsoring the spouse. It will show for that the Canada address. But when the one who is getting sponsored would have the India address.

Yeah I used to check using my husbands and his never showed his indian mailing address it was always our immigration consultants canadian mailing address. Mine had my canadian home address and mailing address. Even Gcms notes showed my husbands mailing address as canadian

my uci and file no or his uci no....all show only my hubbys Canadian address.....so I guess its fine....like I said if they have issues they will call to confirm the indian address ;D

i saw a discussion of address change in ECAS going on, my other friends and myself believe its THE LAST STEP, it means visa issued and one is now supposedly ( depends on landing ) "CANADIAN PR" . so for immigration deptt you will live at that address FROM ASAP. CORRECT ME IF I M WRONG FRIENDS.

its varies from e-cas to e-cas .....some get change after ip some get it after dm....and some only get it after landing.........all depends when they update the status and some exceptional cases never had the indian address at all .....so it really doesn't matter....most impt is getting your pp bk with visa

Don't know how NDVO works because my husbands ecas had canadian address right from the start, never had his Indian address
