But I am pretty sure that you application processing completion is not that far away. They are working on it, hence they requested the additional documents. But it will time to update ECAS, and your lawyer. So good luck and don't worry

quota over ? they shld get a bloody slap on their faces.....what abt june - sept when they didn't even issue more than 20 visa's on this forum....they shld compensate for all our loss.......and process all files till may by this yr......wedding season started now see the amount of applications they start getting and plus student visa for jan session....no wonder they already increased processing time to 12 months !!

45 days for him since ADR(which he submitted the same week) and no movement on his file as yet .....this is crazy...why give 30 days then? pls ndvo start working on new files its last week of November

yes the dr will directly send it to new delhi now, and give u the copy of the receipt which u have to attach with the passport and sent it to delhi with a covering letter stating that u are sending the medical with the passport and most impt the passport request mail copy ......and when u courier it to new delhi u will get a tracking no where u can see when your document reached new delhi ....hope this helps ....

u shld see the information even with your wifes file no as well as uci no......I hope u have the correct information put?

Regarding Client Application Status as I stated, If I go through my details, It clearly deplay for me as decision made and for her as File Received. But if we use her information then it shows nothing it means something is wrong there.

hi, i spoke to one of the immigration agent and she told me that i have to get medcials done before i go for interview...my medical will expire on 3rd and int is scheduled on 21st jan 2014.
she told me anyways they are to tell u that get medicals done and send ..that time i can submitt the receipt and by that time medicals would have reached from hospital to ndvo...
shall i...
things are getting tough day by day...dont they know that medical would expire bef we interview and since it is already more than 12months hnc can ask us to come with medicals..the way they work...sucks.

Hi Moses ,

Ecas there are 2 sections : 1 is Sponsorship approval which says Decision Made and 2 is Applicant section which in ur case will be just stating that they have received ur application .

In most of the cases , u will even medicals updated.

Rani , as per timeline ur medical request is 23 Jan 2013 so they r defiantly not expiring till 1st week of feb .

Honey pie , they dont accept it ! There were few applicants whose medicals were expired and NDVo had send them their PP back , asked them to do re medicals and they had sent their PP back . N who knows on ur day of interview NDVo will u ur PP in hand n ask to do remedicals and sent ur PP back. N who also knows ur Medicals date mite have got extended
