IF u had PVC which i and Chirag Vadhera( who alraedy got their visa) have the same Police verification Certificate. DOnt wry u should wait from NDVO they will contact u if they need any documents. i m waiting too.

I suggest u to do the PCC from local police station and told them that ur passport is already with NDVO. Because if u try to get ur PCC from PSK (passport seca kendra) then,they may ask u for original passport. Just visit ur local police station. They will guide You. I am frm gujarat/ (ahmd)...

Agree with u. We have to take decision . We should not depend on layers. Them's if and but may cost few month or years of our life.

Then u r lucky or may some change in rules. As far as i know my local passport office doesn't allow this. They required original documents for PCC. It is clearly mention on the passportindia.gov.in

ITs impossible. Without passport u cannot able get your PCC. If NDVO ask for re-PCC then they will send ur passport back.

HI, NDVO will not ask u for PCC again in case of USA. Because i think u never visited US again after U get Ur PCC. Dnt Worry They will ask if u stayed their for more than 6 month after your PCC Generated by US officials.

I think u will hear something on ur case after 4-5 month atleast if u r a nov. applicant. NDVO usually takes 2 month to clear a month files. And also September Intake is coming for student visa. This may delay Family class sponsership files.

then go for case specific inquiry and notify them ur new address. They will take a note and add to ur case and i dnt think it will affect on processing time.

Mainly they are working on combination of application dates and medical dates. But yes who's medicals are going to expire they will get visa as early as possible if their is no red flags. I think u should wait for a week , their will be updates in this week for Aug. applicants surely. Bcs last...

It is normal. They will send ur passport on Indian address when ur visa issues. If u want to be sure then u can do a case specific inquiry and inform about ur indian address (which is already in ur file package)

i think they granted ur visa if they didn't want to do that then they may return ur passport on the day of interview. Hope FOr the Best. :) i suggest u to do MP inquiry and find out wts going on.

Usually it takes 2-12 days after DM. Dont worry u vil get ur PP within 2-3 days. :)
