We got a mail from our MP after they spoke to cic. Apparently they are still doing background checks and its going to take more time. Our file went in process on Sept 13. I'm confused - which step is background check??

Anyway, hope everybody has a fruitful month.

No, that helps Canadians only living temporarily in Nepal. It has nothing to so with our visas. I had sent my friend to know more about the newly opened office and got to know this.
