Well I had to post that in wiz my application when I submitted mine (I had done my meds before applying itself)
Just confirm wiz someone who has just re-done their meds if you have to send your blue sheet in... just to be sure... :)

I'm sure all of them are reading my doubts , someone will surely reply who has got a concrete answer ...

Waiting for ur reply friends ....

Everyone here must avoid enquiries as much as possible. Asking them for every little thing makes their job more tedious.

The answer to your question is very simple: if your previous doctor is still in the list of approved physicians, then you can go to him. Otherwise, you need to choose a new one from the list.

If I was in the NDVO, I would certainly get irritated to see such enquiries when the instruction is already given very clearly to check out the list of approved physicians and then to go to one of them.

I hope you get the point and this should serve as a reminder to everybody here not to bug NDVo with enquiries unless it is really necessary. Remember, an irritated staff member can do more damage to your waiting time.

Hi guys i just checked my email and i was taken by surprise that i have received a medical redo letter. Yesterday was my interview and today i got the redo letter. Thats really fast ;D
I have to redo full medical (lab tests + chest X ray)
Also in the letter its mentioned that i need to get my medical done from the cic list of panel physicians only but its not mentioned anywhere if i have to go to the same doctor. On the safer side i sent a case specific inquiry confirming this thing that if i can go to any of these mentioned physicians or to the same one that i went earlier. Lets see if they respond to the email soon. Other wise i already have an appointment with the same physician on march 11.

Hi Van01 ,

Congrats for ur sister's DM . What did u mean by saying sending the medicals .. What did ur sister send ..

Because after my medicals I just sent them a mail informing them that I have done my medicals within the time frame given by them along with the acknowledgement received from the doctor .

Can u pls clear , coz I'm worried now .
Hi Angel, Visa officer gave my sis partial med request and told her to go to any panel physician and gave them this request letter. She also told my sister that it will be faster if you submit the acknowledgement given by the doc and PP by hand. So She personally handed the med Acknowledgement and PP at Canadian Consulate Chandigarh because her interview was at Chandigarh.

Thank u so much ... That means only the acknowledgement was suppose to be sent coz in my case I didn't get my PP back for doing the re medicals ...

hey roach, how long did it take your wife to go through immigration?

I am so worried :(
My application went "in process" 3 weeks ago! - 7th Feb... and since then NOTHING :(
Most people get some update- mostly a DM within days of their application going in process... I'm so scared that something has gone wrong :(
it sucks that we spend the first year(ish) of our married life waiting to be with our partners! :'(

I'm from Bombay but I was in Sydney studying for the last 5+ years before I got married... Not that I think that should matter... Its just scary because people who applied a month-month and a half after us have received their passports already...
I suspect a lot has to do wiz who your VO is as well...

Did you go through a lawyer... I am seriously beginning to think that people who do go through lawyers take longer to have their application approved...
