We sent our re-medical,police clearence along with passport on Monday and we got the letter for re-medical today!



What should i do?? We are kind of confused..I have read the letter and we have sent all the requested documents..already..

Also, They only asked for re medical for me as well. Nothing about Police clearence or passport which is strange ??? ???

Hello, i received a e-mail from visa officer and they said mine interview is on mid march 2014.i am very upset now.my problem is my education qualification.I am only 10+2 and my spouse qualification is MA Hindi,MA English and one year diploma.but till now i am working in state govt. service from my age of 20 years.my whole family living in Canada and my spouse whole family living in Canada also.but they both are living in different states.even my brother in law was married with my sister after 2 days of my wedding.he is cousin brother of my spouse.but our marriages are real.we both belongs to same culture,same cast,same language,same religion,first marriage both and we performed weddings and receptions very well.our marriages are arrange marriages.when my spouse in Canada i was talk with her on Skype 1st time but now i have no Skype history due to i am not using Skype after that.we talk every day on our mobile phones.i have only last six months calling details.my parents and my spouse parents come from Canada on wedding.about 10 people come from Canada on our wedding but now i feel visa officer looks our marriages are not real but our weddings are real it is true.how i prove/show in front of visa officer.i am very confused.please advise me?

Wow thats so insanee! You can explain how you sent them recently and make sure to send them with the re medical letter. Make a copy of the re medical PCC and receipt proof the date you sent them too. Dont worry too much about PCC. I hope its good thing that u sent them early lol so you will get the visa soon! Wish you a speedy visa!

We sent everything through VFS so, its legit. I belive they(NDVO) have a connection with VFS so, Im sure its in there hand now..

I will just send them an email again to let them know we have sent it already..

HI Buddy,

Dont worry. Just becuase they called you for an interview doesnt mean that they think your relationship not genuine...They called us for an interview also..In our GCMS notes- it was all mixed up with religion and the wedding location..Which is so stupid..We were well prepared and ready to answer everything and show all the proofs but They didnt ask a single thing about those confusion.. It went well and they just wanted to see your face lol I guess* Asked few questions like Where is your spouse working in Canda??How far is her work to home???Thats all........So buddy, Dont worry..JUst bring lots and lots of proofs...Watever u have...


ALso, I want you to know that none of my family members came to my wedding because they cannot get days off.......So dont worry...

I wanted to update everyone that my husbands interview went well. He had been preparing so much and took so much evidence with him but the officer was really nice. She only asked to look at our wedding photos and some photos from my last visit. She asked general questions like:

1. When did you first talk or meet
2. How did this relation take place
3. Who introduced you both
4. Where does your wife work
5. Why did she only visit 1 time
6. Where did you go for honeymoon
7. What does her parents do
8. Who lives in her house

Nothing too hard or anything. They have returned his passport and asked him to re-submit his medical and police clearance along with passport.

Thank god all went welll and hopefully this wait will come to an end SOON!

Hi all!

I'd just received an email from CIC minister's office in response to my email to him written on 21st Nov 2013. It says:

Our records confirm that your undertaking was approved in August 2012 and that your spouse's application is at the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi for processing. Our records further indicate that the processing of this application is pending the results of background checks.

Although we are unable to provide you with a time frame for this application to be completed, please be assured that as soon as all statutory requirements have been met, the officers will continue to process your spouse's application

This we already knew.....nothing is new though I am happy that Minister's office at least reply me in 45 days.

Wait is still going on.........Ab tou adat hi ho gayi hai.......I hardly check my application status now.........CIC set me behind for two years.......and hatching on my passport....it is like I am house arrest.... ;D

Hi Reeyan,

She told my husband to just send the medical and pcc with passport. She didnt say anything about a time frame or waiting for a letter. She told him to get a letter from the doctor who does the medical though. So I think we will just write our own cover letter and send the requested documents.

and Yeah, I've been watching your posts.. we are officially on the same boat. You are from October and I am from November 2012. Are u sponsoring your wife or she is sponsoring you?
