I applied on the 21st of January
and got the AOR in Feb 27

I am in the same boat here is my story
Applied 26 nov 2012
AOR 20 Jan 2013
Till oct, there was no reply then applied for
GCMS Notes and found out that according to
VO my duties were not matched with NOC .
And my status was " review required" .I believe
The VO requested another officer for another review
At the last it said" awaiting officer review required before
Sending RCMP Finger print to PA"
I sent them an explanation letter and i added
Few duties missing in the reference letter
Few days later i received finger print
Request and they received it after two weeks.
Now i know finger print is just criminality check
But some part of me think i passed eligibility check
Coz if they were gonna reject then y would
They send finger print request ..
I may be wrong or right ..
Plz share your suggestions

Send passport, two photos, copy of PPR, 2 express envelope ? Is anything else required to be sent to CPP O??

In PPR request, its showing my old address. my new address is already updated in ECAS.

Hello all,

I've finally got the chance to post an update on my PR journey, and i'm glad to say i landed on December 22th.

I landed in peacebridge by taking a U-turn just before entering the US. I Informed the officer at the counter that i was here to land and that we took a U-turn. Oddly, the officer said we had to go into the US first; leave Canada, and not just do a U-turn. She still allowed us to go in, after asking the standard questions about goods, cash e.t.c

Other than the comment of "leaving Canada" by the officer, the rest of the landing process was really smooth and very similar to others experiences. A friend of mine; who landed a year ago, said either the officer wasnt too familiar with the process or was just being really technical about it. Either way, i'm so happy to be officially a PR.

Friends,
Have just received CoPR and passports. Will probably go to Caraway for landing either today or tomorrow. This is so exciting after waiting for almost a year. Will share my landing experience. Best wishes for everyone who is still waiting. Hope you all hear back soon
Just have a quick question: Last and Original date of entry is vacant on CoPR for all my family members. Is this normal??

Landed today at Carway. Complete process was over in about 30 min without any hassles. They asked work permits, passports and CoPRs and after looking at the documents for about 10 min officer asked us to sign on CoPR and that was it. Getting PR after going through agonizing waiting time of 11 months is so satisfying. I would really like to thank all the forum members for the help they provided. Good luck to all the Jan applicants
