any suggestion as to what should my representative say in the letter/email?

i think you still have chance! get an official letter from your work place explaining your situation and send it to cic ASAP!

should I send it by regular mail or email is fine?

To be honest I am mentally very down now...so low I didn't eat the whole day..and I donno if I will be able to do all you guys are sugesting...I feel defeated...after all these years, all these efforts..it comes to this!

at least get the letter! scan and email cic!!!
cant hurt your application and if i were you, i would try all i can before giving up!

HY235, can you please update the tracker with the PPR date changed to December 20th instead of December 21st. CIC sent the mail on Dec 20th at 11.26 pm. My lawyer forwarded it only on saturday and I came to know on Monday.

Now the final wait to get back the passports begin. Hope the new year begins withe good news as well as 2013 has ended.
