Yesterday I received my GCMS. Nothing started, except "Criminality- in Progress".
I don't know when they will start for us.

Folks,
Dec applicants have started to receive MR.
So Sep end very optimistic for us. May be some of us for sure.

That's good news!!! september is my birthday hopefully I get some kind of super fast processing.. crossing fingers.

Cheers everyone.

P.S: congrats to waiting84, now go and show the Canadians what January 2013 applicants are made of haha.

Yesterday I received an email from CIC to do my RCMP fingerprints to proceed the application. Though I did my testing in December and sent with my application in Jan, they again asked for it.
I guess it got expired or something. I heard many others are also receiving the same emails. Please add your opinion.

Manjot, I am not sure if you are the same kanwarsingh on trackitt.com (filed application on 7 Jan 2013 and received RCMP fingerprints yesterday).

If you have already submitted your RCMP fingerprints with your application, write back to CIC with the details. There are instances of CIC asking for RCMP, MR even after applicants have submitted already.

Guys did you notice that even with the strike and everything. The time processing decreased by a month? , I think it was changed in the last few days. Now it says 12 months.

Hopefully this will mean we will be ending our process in the beginning of December.

Yes, 12 months was the average processing time for application received between July 1, 2012 an June 30, 2013.
That's before the strike my friend :)

Sorry for letting your dream bubble burst there my friend :)) But you'll be fine.
They're still processing super quickly these days. Even with the strike going on.

No Andy, That's not me. I haven't added my self on that track list. And I have already done my RCMP again on Thursday. I guess I don't need to write anything back to CIC.

what is better option to order notes on immigration file:

I have a question regarding RCMP fingerprinting. I see that people are getting requests to submit it. We havn't gotten anything but I submitted my and my husband's fingerprints and criminal check-up already will all application package.
Is CIC asking to submit them to do the crimintality check?

I also got my GCMS notes few days ago - and I don't understand anything of them.
it looks that both that the only thing what is in progress is criminality. Even eligibility is not started. We submitted our application in January 18th. Also on e-cas it says only "application received" and that's it.

When I check GCMS notes, there are so many things that looks confusing: can somebody please advise me if I should contact them in case of:
we changed our address in May - I changed it for my application file online. Here on GCMS notes still shows our old address.
I sent un updated IELTS tests - it shows on the notes that they have received it but still in file there are my old IELTS results.

Also in the GCMS notes shows this:
Type: RCMP Screening
Status: No reportable trace

What does that mean...???
