It's only a drop down menu so I can't post link.
But here's the content:

Is there any rationale as to why some applications are seemingly fast-tracked over others?

I mean, good for you that your application has been handled in "record time", but I am wondering if there is an underlining reason for that...

My application was received at the same time as yours (waiting84 - poster above), but I yet have to receive any information from CIC (only received the AOR a long while ago).

Dec applicants have started to receive MR.
So Sep end very optimistic for us. May be some of us for sure.
