You need a visa to go to Buffalo. But no visa is needed if you just want to go to border only and get refusal slip.

Also note that peace bridge has u turn option.

you don't need US Visa for the landing purpose at US Border

there are still a couple on tracker who havent received PPR after their meds so i wouldnt worry too much

You land with pr visa. It is a single entry visa. You become permanent resident only after you land ..

i'm sure it'll all be fine. Don't worry. I did my meds with my son last dec. 11, 2013 and visited the clinic today to find out if our meds has been sent to CIC, and found out they just sent it last dec. 29, 2013!

I'm really disappointed 'cause it took that long (18 days) for the center to send our results to CIC because it's an e-medical enabled facility. I knew the holidays did play a part on the delay too although they told me that they were just closed on Christmas day (that's just one day eh? LOL)

Oh well..at least it's with CIC now. Ecas has no update yet re meds received after a week so i guess more patience is what i need. You're not alone my friend, i'm also here waiting like you.
