Hello everyone..I am just new on this forum.. I'm from the Philippines. Is it okay if you can add my application to your tracker. Here is my details under MPNP Family Support

June 18, 2012- Submitted application to MPNP
November 22, 2012- Received Letter of Approval from MPNP
January 2013- Submitted Application to CIC
May 28, 2013- Returned Documents(IELTS needed)
July 6, 2013- IELTS Exam
August 21, 2013- Application sent to CIC
August 26, 2013- Received by CIC (based from CIC application status online)
September 20, 2013- Application fee paid
October 7, 2013- Application was forwarded to visa office

*The online inquiry seems to be delayed because I received the email on October 7 and that's the only time I was able to check application status online.

Question:

1. How long will it usually take before the visa office answers?
2. Is it sure already that they will grant visa if CIC considered your application complete and forwarded it to the visa office?

What is the LOA Date?
-Originally, November 2012 to May 2013 is my LOA MPNP but it was extended until October 2013 because when CIC returned my documents last May 28, 2013, it expired already. So I requested for an extension

What is the VISA Office?
-My visa office is Manila, Philippines

What is the mode of payment?
-I paid processing fee only using credit card because I wasn't aware you can include RPRF already

Is the Right for Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) included in the payment?
-No RPRF payment yet

What date you received the AOR from CIO?
-August 26, 2013 based from the online application status but I received an email from them last October 7, 2013 that they have forwarded it to the visa office

What date is the Medical Request?
-There's no Medical Request yet

I am December applicant. I rcvd letter from CIO Oct. 9,2013. Noted that my files will be forwarded to visa office PH current of residency. But until now still waiting
Its 29days/25days ave days to rcvd the
MR.
