In reply to your personal message, I have just send an email to the Preferred Relationship Manager of BPI Cainta Branch ( I had her business card). I have stated in my email the purpose, my account nos., account balance and my circumstances (being in KSA) for not being able to visit the branch. I have also told her that I can send a representative to pick-up the original certificate. It's just unfortunate, that there is no BPI international toll-free no. in Qatar, otherwise, you can call their call center for further assistance. If you don't know the email address of your branch, try sending an email to expressonline@bpi.com.ph for assistance.
