Once LOA is issued than its federal processing to issue you visa based on LOA / medical / criminal recod check.
Federal processing time varies based on the VIsa office this information is avaialbe on the site as well. For applications going to london visa office takes 18 months which is same if you apply from pakistan.

Hi, think your estimate of london processing time is a little long, at the moment the processing time from London Visa ofice is 6-7 months. I know of other PNP applicants that it took 4 months to get their PR.
