ADR: 11 September 2023 (Submitted on 12 September 2023)
Eligibility: Completed on 28 July 2023 (In progress on IRCC Portal but status completed mentioned in tracker)
Visa Document on tracker: Not available yet
No update on tracker since 22 November 2023
5-6 Webforms initiated (all responses received with no timelines)

Did anyone get any positive response? Feeling really frustrated now as my parents application has passed more than 13 months now and still no response from IRCC. Also is there any tracker other than IRCC portal? If yes please share details.

Just putting my progress out here since most of us waiting indefinitely for any decision whatsoever.

Country of Application: India
Applied for parent's visitor visa: September 2022
Mother received Visa: January 2023
Father's application received government service record request: February 2023
Submitted GSR form: March 2023
Went into review: March 2023
Applied for GCMS notes twice since then: Does not reveal much
Contacted IRCC: December 2023, They responded as of now there is nothing to do on our end but wait.

So far it has been about 18 months since the application was submitted.

So I believe response to your case is nearing.... There is no fixed timeline for BG checks, depends, how easily information can be verified. But our prayers, may you get a positive outcome soon. Typically ppl get response from between 5 months to 18 months (my assessment- I may be wrong), IRCC never says anything about that...
