I got an email this morning saying “
Your processed decision envelope has been dispatched from the IRCC Office, on 2019-10-23 04:52:18 PM GMT Standard Time to the Canada Visa Application Centre in USA, New York. Please note this is an auto generated e.mail. Please do NOT reply to this email.

I wonder if that means they have stamped the visa and will be mailing the passport back soon!
That means that they have mailed it back. You eill get next week. Congratulations!!!

Hey Guys,
Can someone tell me, the letter that says " your application has been sent to Mexico for further processing" upon recieving that email, does it mean it's in transit or has already delivered..

From my understanding/experience it means they have just sent it and it is in transit and usually mexico notifies you when it is received/being processed. For me, it took exactly 4 weeks between transfer notice to being processed. But Ive also heard people not getting notified at all so who knows.

you gotta keep a sharp eye on things because sometimes the applications get “lost” in transit. Ask me how I know.

True story Mexico is able of the most horrible stories you can imagine. i've heard of some ppl.

Just to let y’all know, ecas will say “in transit” forever until you communicate with the embassy and say, “Look, it’s been months. Please investigate.”

Then comes the response: “Sorry, lost in transit. Please resubmit.”

The good news is they will take photocopies of everything except the police certificate. That has to be original. So, acquire a new one and FedEx it urgente de Canada.

Ok, might cost $1000 to fly it to Canada but heck, it’s only money.

Took someone I know two days for delivery to the embassy in DF from Canada.

Then smile and let the process continue.
