I would hate to say it as well but it does seem like Dominican and Cuban (among a few others) applicants are put under more scrutiny for sure. It's sad to say they are putting genuine relationships through all these loops, basically paying for the mistakes of others. Hoping this picks up until the end of the year.
On a positive note, I had mentioned a couple I was aware of from here in Nicaragua. They are October applicants they got pre-arrival and DM about a week before the 12 months mark, and 2 weeks after DM they got PPR they have already sent the passport and are just waiting. I would say in total their application will have taken just under 13 months. I will keep you guys posted on how long it takes for them to get it back.
Hoping we get our transfer by next month. It's so random at this point I have seen February March and even one May application transferred yet there are still January applicants waiting
October and November applicants hang in tight, you're at the finish line!!!!
