Remember that is all depends, your application could be being worked on but the agent just hasn't updated the system. Sometimes that happens and then you get everything all at once. Hoping the best for you guys.

Ours was similar ECAS says they started processing on Oct 31, got AOR2 on Nov 6. Again every file is different some with take a lot longer some could even be less

Now that your application is in Mexico you are basically wating to see if they as for any additional documents If they don't have anymore concerns then you would get pre arrival email decision made and passport request You can still expect 12 months deadline at this point
