Oh the progress bar just shows "complete" and you have a message on the left saying that your application is taking a little bit longer than usual to process.

wow that's just it ? Nothing that mention the extension unless a message at the top ? lol

also says we don’t need an interview haha!!! -> Wow lol

So basically gckey if they don't do their updates is a total waste of time

I don’t think they have done an update in ours since medical received . Web form link doesn’t even work . That progress bar is to keep you occupied for 12 months lol

Same here..

Medical passed on April 23th that's all. And a few messages that changed on eligiblity and background-check ... even if it was tough to really believe in progress.

Hello all . I was away from my PC few days. This morning I went on GCKEY saw a change under BGC from in progress to " we are processing your background check " went into application, there was a letter in attachment ( October 19th which was a Sunday ) Letter is Pre-Arrival. Went on ECAS it shows Decision Made but it doesn't which decision other than Decision Made under PA. We are November 13th, 2018. Whats' next? I hope and pray it is good news and also hope and pray for all of you will receive some good news soon! Keep the faith .

it's been a while they are processing mine since around 6 months i would say ....but is good news for you i guess

Yes - several! Ours was Oct. 12th. We are waiting for an interview date in Trindad - we think it will be early in the new year...so lots of waiting still.

He is yes , and not all but most that I have come across have been over 12 months and sent to interview . It seems they scrutinize some countries more than others . Just my perception, and personal research and not an actual fact .

I would hate to say it as well but it does seem like Dominican and Cuban (among a few others) applicants are put under more scrutiny for sure. It's sad to say they are putting genuine relationships through all these loops, basically paying for the mistakes of others. Hoping this picks up until the end of the year.

On a positive note, I had mentioned a couple I was aware of from here in Nicaragua. They are October applicants they got pre-arrival and DM about a week before the 12 months mark, and 2 weeks after DM they got PPR they have already sent the passport and are just waiting. I would say in total their application will have taken just under 13 months. I will keep you guys posted on how long it takes for them to get it back.

Hoping we get our transfer by next month. It's so random at this point I have seen February March and even one May application transferred yet there are still January applicants waiting‍‍

October and November applicants hang in tight, you're at the finish line!!!!

All is based on PA's origin , sorry but is really clear to me. (they way BGC is done , time required, all)

90% of cases to Mexico are not finished until the last month of the 12 initial ones. No one is able to tell why, but is a trend. Is totally based on PA's origin... and no one gonna be able to make me change idea on it , but anyway what can we do. Add to the fact.. that if you are sent on month 9th around.. lol chances are clear that the 12 gonna be latest minute..

If i refer at the actual trend i'll be sent on November19th (exactly 9 months...) , seems the trend to Mexico.
