Oh my..congratulationsssssss!! You should be really excited. 99 % of the time decision made in ECAS means your application is approved and all you should be waiting on is PPR. If it was going to be refused you would have already known long time ago. So just sit back and relax.

Question guys, what are the chances that an interview will be requested...if you have about couple days remaining until a year and they never asked for any additional docs only updated PCC. First marriage, no dependents, no criminal records, we are both the same age as well. Been together for 3 years before we married in 2 year. Opinion ?

Before interview is requested , do they ask for additional documents along the way, so in some way you'll know.

I seem to be getting a little anxious, time is going by, I'm soo close to the 12months (20 days ) .no pre arrival or DM as yet, so I just thought I'll ask. This wait is ridiculous and yes I am being patient but I'm only human lol, sometimes patience runs out and mine is on " E " right now.

Depending on the origin of the PA they will notify you if there is an interview or not.

How come we are able to do that ??? who's gonna give this person a chance to be visiting the place if Canada is refusing based on this ?

Actually if it is something very strange, I thought about trying it but they were going to ask me for the biometrics and I live very far from the city where they are taken, so it was a great risk for me that it was not accepted.
Whatt she was rejected for not having a travel history, that's a very stupid reason. At least the one they give us is more credible.

We have traveled together in Roatan Honduras , Antigua Guatemala and still that wasn't enough for them...

i just wanted her to see Canada (as in to give her an idea, meet family friends and all) BEFORE we apply for sponsorship in 2019, but they denied it so now deal with it she's coming lol

Let's see the positive side, we are closer to the end. I've been seeing this forum for more than a year, you probably won't need an interview.

It’s always different , we were asked for additional docs in April 2019 ..... silence . Hit our year sept 12 ..... silence . I sent a web form sept 20 and got a response oct 2 that we were in queue for an interview . Everyone is different , but I am convinced that it’s the PA’s country of origin that makes a difference . My husbands country is the DR and I think I can count on one hand the non interview files ( that I am aware of in groups )
Keep the faith and if you go over that year , hit that web form link and ask for an update
