Your wife was in USA for less than six months when you filed application right? She was in USA for six or more months ever? If not, you might get waived. Just fax them or do file specific enquiry and explain, mention date from what date to what date she was there.speednab said:
Well, not really guys. You can either extend your current work permit by asking your employer for an LMO. There have been people who were out of employment for a few months and they still received PPR. If you do end up being unemployed then you would also have to write an explanation to the immigration office about it.seruj said:
