In my whole interview which lasted for about 35 minutes only at one or two small points, not related to my job, I differed from what my boss told them . In most of the questions me and my boss gave almost same answers.

Actually mine is an arranged employment case. My file was transferred to ndvo in feb 2013 and as mentioned in ecas they started processing from 27th jan 2014.

The very fact that processing of ur file began on Jan 27,2014,suggests commencement of qualitative BG of the supporting docs submitted by u.While going through the job related document , VO might have thought of reassuring himself/herself of certain aspect of the same nd hence the the telephonic call .

When I say border line "cases", it implies as stated above nd nothing more than that.

No worries, please. Relax nd Pray God !!!! Everything will be fine.

It is a rare case that VO gets confirmation form the university in regard to genuineness of degree awarded to the PR applicant.It is inconceivable as to how could the university authority pass comment which is contrary to otherwise genuine certificate issued by it.

However,if u feel that there is some communication gap that might have crept into, u could write to the university authority by apprise it with VO'S CLAIM nd request to issue an amended letter to VO explaining therein the mistake committed in the process. Make sure to endorse this letter to VO, as well. Get a certified copy of this letter from university nd send it to VO WITH UR EXPLANATION.

Hope, this should help dispersing the clouds of confusion.

I got my visa in the first week on feb and have landed at vancouver on 19th feb.
Had to face a lot of probs during this transit especially bcoz of CHINA SOUTHERN AIRLINES but with the grace of almight everything worked out fine.
Priority tasks all done SIN, SIM, BANK ACCOUNT, HEALTH INSURANCE ETC.
Nw searching for a job.
Will share my experiences in detail later but my advice to new immigrants; CHINA SOUTHERN AIRLINE is a strict NO NO.

Finally after long time the "DECISION MADE" today hit my E-CAS. Beside my time line at left side the further developments are as under:
On 6th Jan I received call from NDVO asking my consent to land before 22nd March followed by re-medical mail. Re-medical done by us on 8th Jan. Decision made on E-CAS today 22-02-2014. Planning to travel near 15th of march.
I thanks to all of my mates in Forum for sharing their views with great sprite to help each other and I also prey for all to get their dream destination at the earliest. I would also like to thanks Dear Parhar Ji specially who helped me always generously with best of his knowledge.

hi, all members i got DM on 16th feb. but due to some very urgent work i was out of station that's why i report it late to forum.i supposed to get my

passport back but till now i haven't receive my passport,it's already 6 days i am in tension what to do or not, on daily basis i visit postoffice but no

result.i saw some members who got DM after me got their passport,even those members got DM on 20th feb. they also got their passport.Members

seriously this is a big problem for me, i don't know what to do or not? i am in stage.please someone guide me what action

should i take at this moment.due to official work i have to go Australia on 25th feb. if i unable to go Australia then i will be in big trouble and huge

financial loss, so plzzzzz help me in this situation.

I applied in feb, 2010 and my my CIC office is in NDVO and after waiting for years i got this response.

Educational assessment was required that time however i may apply now for assessement but the process may not complete with in 30days.

tomorrow i will be visiting my college with this letter and request them to help me out.

If my college is sending details directly to CIC NDVO will they accept and reconsider or not??? please share if someone went thru similar situation...

will post further updates shortly.
