My Dad received papers for medical exam last week but my Mom has not received it yet. What should we do. IT was sent from London office. There is no contact number

she will have to wait to receive her request. it is common for family members to receive separate requests.

If you have received through email then reply back to same email and tell them you didn't receive your mother Medical paper. If you have received through regular mail then send them email at LDNIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca. Don't forget to add application number in the subject line and other reference number UCI etc. in the mail so they can easily track.

Third option is to send a case specific inquiry.
