Got an email today that they did not receive our response to the P1 email and asked us to send the requested information! We double checked that the email address we replied to is correct and replied to that email twice this time, and CC'ed our own emails while replying.
Is this the correct email ID to respond to the P1 email, we got the information request along with the PDF attached from this ID only?
