What about the Scarborough?

Currently, it is the fastest office on earth . A good number of folks have got the oath scheduled status the next day of LPP and many others in less than a week from LPP. Of course, YMMV.

Hssrp, I have received the invitation from this address IRCC.DNCalgaryCitizenship-CitoyenneteCalgaryRN.IRCC@cic.gc.ca.

Test given on August 30th but no update on the tracker that it is completed yet.

They check your name, DOB against the RCMP database for criminality. When there is a partial match with someone on the DB, they request for fingerprints to make sure we are not the one on the database. Sometimes they also request fingerprints for quality check of the process integrity.

They take around 2-10 business days to review the test results and mark it as completed in the tracker. On top of it, we had a long weekend as well. You would most likely see it updated to completed this week.

Congratulations, SCR is pretty fast right now so you should see LPP and Oath scheduled very soon.

Closing to two months in 10days since last update (July 15), waiting for LPP...

I submitted online from Ottawa.
My physical presence days are 1556

You were right.

Today I have finally received email to attend virtual oath ceremony on 17th Sep. It has been a journey with lots of excitement. Good luck to everyone!!

Update: Background Check completed today. Thing is tracker said 3 updates but there is only one that said" September 3rd - Background verification updated to completed". I am not sure what the other 2 updates are about. Ghost updates again?

July 26, 2024: Took the test.
July 29, 2024: Citizenship test status has been updated to Completed.

August 14, 2024: Interview required
September 5, 2024: Interview attended. The reason for the interview is because I took the test outside Canada (which I informed them previously via email). The officer just asked several questions regarding the travel history. My current and expired passports were not really checked (only the bio pages were checked). The whole interview was less than 5 minutes. They told me everything was clear, and I should expect the oath, which would be scheduled by another team.
