Got this error.
- Your e-Certificate is not available. Please try again 2-5 business days after you provided your signed Oath of Citizenship.
How did you know your LPP is complete on 13th without it being updated in the tracker?
No notes, no assignment even, it's just on a pile collecting dust.
Atleast yours has been looked at.
Hi guys, thought I'd share my interesting case. I gave my citizenship test on September 1st. Didn't see any update that I completed the test whatsoever until September 20th and decided to send an email (to Niagara Falls IRCC) requesting confirmation that I don't have to retake the test.
Just got a response back, after 10 days, stating my citizenship application has been GRANTED and is in queue for scheduling of citizenship oath. Was also told in the email to ignore the status on the online tracker as there are delays between that and the actual processing timeline. Needless to say, my online tracker still says LPP & Citizenship test still in progress, and Citizenship oath as 'Not started'
More interestingly, I got this email back from IRCC Kitchener while my previous communication was with Niagara IRCC.
I am going to tentatively say LPP - Complete, Citizenship Oath - In Progress.

Let me know once you receive oath invite I believe it would be same for me as my VO office is same too.
Ugh, IRCC is just gross. Having spent taxpayers millions of dollars a year to maintain this new online status tracker that turns out not to be much better than a total POS. Talk about accountability.
