congratulations on being Canadian Citizen.
I wanted to know when you create the IRCC portal to get the ECertificate..were you able to get the Invite Code?
I am getting technical issue error while I am trying to generate the Invite Code.
Anyone else can respond please? thanks
You cannot/need not generate invite code, it is provided in the pdf that came with the mail that says "Steps to download e-Certificate"
search for this text in the pdf --> "Your invitation code"
I have not done the test (citizenship test).
I have tried calling but all agents are busy.
I am just wondering if my application even go accepted. I didn't receive a confirmation email from IRCC after I submitted (they took my money though). I cannot log into the online portal also as it has being saying the system is down, It has been saying this every time I have checked over the last 2 months. While writing this it starts to feel like I got scammed lol.
Is a webform my best bet?

UPDATE ! I randomly checked my tracker today (I had a hunch). I only checked maybe once every 2 weeks or so and got a major update !!

Your time line is almost identical to mine. Applied May 27, Same test window (September 1 - 21, 2023). Test taken September 1 (12:01 am) and updated to complete September 7. Also single applicant based in Ottawa, have the same physical presence, and also being processed by Niagara.
To log into the online tracker you need to have received an AOR and to wait 2 business days.
Also, sometimes it says that the tracker is down because it is the wrong tracker page.
I think you are right to call the agents.

Guys, you might receive a ceremony invitation email even though there is no update in your tracker.
Anybody knows how the ceremony works with MS teams? I received 4 emails, passport request, consent, invitation letter, MS teams technical insturction.
When I read MS teams technical insturction it says I need to set up 2 meetings but I don't get it what I need to do.
Is there anything I have to do before the ceremony? I thought I can just simply click and join the link that is in invitation letter.
If anyone knows this, please advise me.

Is there anyone with test window from 2023-07-31 to 2023-08-20? This is the second window I received after the system wouldn't let me take the test in the first window. I remember that there were multiple people in the same situation. Would anyone like to share where they are in their process. I completed the test on August 18 and since then there has been no change on my tracker.
I have sent an email to the processing office in the west and also submitted a web form to ask for an update. Still waiting to hear back.
