Hello folks, I managed to get hold an IRCC agent. I asked him about the July 21 GU but no changes on my status. He said it's because an officer handling my application is working my file on that day, and so far I don't have to worry as my application is moving forward. I asked him, if the officer made any notes in my profile on that day July 21, and confirmed YES, there was a note on July 21 but you won't be able to see it in your tracker and he cannot disclosed the notes because it's for official use only, and he assured that you don't have to worry about that notes because we don't need anything from you and your application is in progress and working forward. That's what I have for now. Hoping for LPP the soonest.
