What Schedule A form is everyone using? I see that there's two different versions. I selected the June 2017 version but it states "Only to be used with kits 5289 and 5772". I have no idea whether or not that's applicable to me. Is there a form from another date that I should be using? They appear to be basically the same thing at a glance.

Hi guys,

I sent my application on may 1, and I now have my AOR and medical request for my spouse who is the Principal Applicant. I have been advised by CIC that they need a completed Schedule A form from my wife. Question is, is the form supposed to submitted online or by mail? They have not provided any link to submit online though. Her application is liked online to her CIC account.

Also, which form does she use? Just a generic form from CIC website or one which creates a barcode upon validating?? The email CIC sent is really confusing hence seeking advice from you folks!

Dont search for shedule A directly. Just go to spouse sponsorship package in CIC, and select schedule A from there. Hope it helps.

Sure, I will. This is so stressful. Did you called CIC? I did and they said they are working on May 5th. But today May 19 got AOR

Okay someone told me that it will be returned to "From" address. My application was received on 11th May and no updates since thn.

Yes I am waiting for AOR. Application Sent 10th May Received 11th May as per Canada Post.

I am staying in one state (Maharashtra, India) since last 5 years which is other than my hometown (Gujarat, India).

Have taken PCC from PSK Maharashtra, so now do I need to take PCC from my native place also??
