I guess we should pick the form that comes up where we search for the whol package by providing our country.

Need one clarification about PCC.

I am staying in one state (Maharashtra, India) since last 5 years which is other than my hometown (Gujarat, India).

Have taken PCC from PSK Maharashtra, so now do I need to take PCC from my native place also??

Please suggest.

I don't think so. Pcc is for India not state.

First go through attached pdf in AOR sent to PA.
1. PA need to Log in with GCKey account
2. Permanent Residence - Family Class (Spouses)
3. Application Number and Last Name - PA
4. City of Birth - PA
5. Country of Birth - PA
6. Passport Details - PA
7. Provide details as per form - Province, City and marital status and put '3' as the number of members in the application in your case
8. Click on the 'Search for my application' tab
9. Then on 'Link my application' tab

hope that works.

I finally got my application linked. I had to put 5 as number of members even tho CIC agent told me to put 3 since there the PA, SA and 1 accompanying dependent .

I tried 5 after and it work since there's actually PA, SA and he has 3 dependent children that were listed but only 1 will be accompanying.
 
Details says "Pending Registration" what does that even mean o_O

i followed some's suggestion Press 1, then 2 then 0.

i get thro every time but the wait is like 30min

Try calling them after 3:00 Pm Eastern Time Zone. It worked for me many times. Usually their line between 10 am to 2 pm is too busy to get in queue and call disconnects.
