Your husband or your wife is the sponsor right? They will have their own UCI no. Ask them for it and quote that when u call CIC!

ok thanks please one more quick question did you send the webform to the visa office or to Mississauga because my spouse is not in canada. Because on the webform it states if you application is processed outside canada use a different form. But his documents have not be send to the visa office yet. So I am a bit confused how to send the Schedule A form using the webform.

For IRCC I used outside option when it asked where is my visa office because its not in Canada. If your visa office is outside then choose outside

When i called cic they did not asked for the uci or the application number,the agent just asked when our application was submitted..but in case you need one,you can use the receipt number that was attached to your application package..i think you also got a copy of your receipt,right?

I finally got through to cic. They can't find our application even if we received the SMS confirming receipt of the package. They now want the tracking number

Hey simr when you say you didn't include voter card and matric and all. These are required only in case you dont have birth cert or bc is registered late. Was that the case.

No birth certificate was not registered late
I included that and travel form
But still I don't know why they sent my application back
