1. choose application # and Family name
2. Do not fill place of birth and county of birth leave both of them blank not even a space.
3. Fill passport information
4.fill the last part as in your application
5. # of applicants =2
try this, this worked for me.

question po yung application package na ipapadala pwede po sa expandable envelope? or may required na envelop to use? tsaka pwede po ako nalang magsend sa canada or ipapadala kopa sa asawa ko dun? nasa akin nmn lahat po ng papers pinadala na nia mga needs ko..idiretso kona sana sa mississauga..thanks

My files have been uploded but the problem is I am not sure which one they accepted coz I sent through IRCC webform & Mail. Also include Police certificate because they might ask it later so it will cause delay if they want it. Send it through IRCC webform as well. I mailed to Mississauga office using my Toronto address. I think they will aceept it but better to check with them also submit IRCC webform

Anyone can help me Please? I can not link my application because i have représentative ( a layer) i submitted my application through a layer. I asked my layer to link my application but he said its already linked through them but iam not sure about it because i dont hear any updates yet. Its been 10 months since we have submitted our application not updates yet? We are so much depressed.

You can give your sponsors UCI no to help track the application and they will be able to provide you an update. Keep the payment receipt no handy too coz they also ask for it to check if it's linked.

I dint get aor till. Now how would i provide the uci no i dont hv it what should i give while i cAll i havent heard anything from then since i send my app

Hi Guys,

Quick n00b question.

I am a Permanent resident and applying for my wife and baby (both US Citizens). I plan to put in an outland application and following checklist 5533, I think I need to fill in only the following forms. Can you please chime in if this list looks complete?

a) 1344 (Undertaking sponsorship)
b) 0008 (Generic Application)
c) 5532 (Sponsorship Evaluation)
d) 5406 (Additional Family Information)
e) 5669 (Schedule A - electronically when linking the application)

So we think we can skip 0008DEP (since there are only 2 dependents including the principal applicant) and forms 5476 and 5475 (Representative and Designated Individual resply.) are optional.

I understand there are additional supporting documents to be included with the application, but wanted to confirm the actual forms needed to be filled.

Thats not a problem, mostly the sponsor sends it. Dont worry. I am sponsor and i sent the file gave my name and address on top. All good

Any help will be appreciated regarding..

I am sponsor and sponsoring my wife from India.
I brought all the papers from India and sent package from Canada

On package at sender details
I wrote My name (On behalf of my wife name ,PA) followed by my Canadian address.

Can it be a problem ? that they will send it back to me or to my home address in India ?

We both did our paperwork and didn't hire any representative.
If I sent package to Mississauga , was it necessary to include authorization form signed by PA ?

My timelines are

Package sent - May/08/2017
Package received - May/11/2017

I am getting anxious as I didn't hear anything from CIC yet.

I also called CIC helpline on June-06.They took our details and revealed they have nothing in system for now for us.

I included only travel form
No other documents regarding country specific requirements such as school certificates nd voter card
Thats why they sent me back

Hey simr when you say you didn't include voter card and matric and all. These are required only in case you dont have birth cert or bc is registered late. Was that the case.

My application was received on May 9, also got AOR1 on June 6. Was able to see on ECAS that sponsorship application has "Decision Made", but have not received the confirmation email yet. Maybe Monday?

It was almost 48 hours after receiving AOR1 (June 6th) that we were able to link the account, so that fits with what you are experiencing. I hope that helps.

1. yes cheche, you can use expandable if its too thick for a regular envelope... i used that too.
2. you can also send it na rin on your own, as you have said it is already complete...
