On ECAS this is what it says when I click on "Decision Made" under stats:

Sponsorship

1. We received your application to sponsor "husband's name" on May 10, 2017.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on June 8, 2017.
3. We started processing your application on June 7, 2017.

This doesn't look like a decision to me. is this normal?

I have the same thing as you. I'm confused as well.

Does this mean that Sponsor has been approved since the status "Decision Made"? Or are they still processing the SA?

It means the Sponsor is approved.

Hi everyone! I just called cic and talked to an agent and according to her they are still working on applications that were submitted/received on the 9th of may..she added that we should receiving AORs by the end of this week...lets all hope for this *crossfingers*

Just talked to an agent on 1800....number..

I asked that heard nothing on my application received on May-11, she confirmed me that mississauga is working on May-05-2017 cases.
She explained me if the PA is outside canada and has never visited Canada before, for now they are working on reviewing files and sponsorship approval both at same times.

I also asked , I am afraid of if my application be sent back because I used old forms..
she said if there is no change in information requirement in forms...They gonna process the case

My timelines are
Application sent - May-08-2017
Application Rec.- May-11-2017

When should i expect my AOR now? The mail room received my application on May 23rd 2017. I also had another question does it have any impact on how long the sponsor was out of the Canada?

ok thanks please one more quick question did you send the webform to the visa office or to Mississauga because my spouse is not in canada. Because on the webform it states if you application is processed outside canada use a different form. But his documents have not be send to the visa office yet. So I am a bit confused how to send the Schedule A form using the webform.
