Guys I got “pre arrival” 4-5 hours ago. I am 2 June applicant. AOR1 on 5 July, AOR2 on aug 8. Bcg started feb 27, pre arrival on mar 28

No updates since mid December when they passed my medical exam. I think mine is delayed because of my history, they gave me an exclusion order in the past, even though thats long over with. What about you?

On January 17, we got interview call and was asked to pay back back the removal fees before the interview. After the interview on February 21 within 10 minutes of leaving the interview the Immigration office phoned and said to write a letter explaining y he should be allowed back in Canada and pay the $400.00 arc fee.

On January 17, we got interview call and was asked to pay back back the removal fees before the interview. After the interview on February 21 within 10 minutes of leaving the interview the Immigration office phoned and said to write a letter explaining y he should be allowed back in Canada and pay the $400.00 arc fee.

What kind of removal order did he receive in the past, exclusion or deportation? Seems to me he did fine at the interview, writing the letter and paying for the ARC is a formality. I had an exclusion order for 1 year and it expired last October, since i have a confirmation of departure it shouldnt be a big problem for me in the PR process but it might still cause some delays.

He had a deportation order. Yes I think we did good in the interview. I think he will get approved because they asked for him to repay the fees before he even applied for the arc. Plus the Immigration officer called him and told him to make sure that he pays the fees before the interview date.
