MAY 2016 - OUTLAND SPOUSAL APPLICANTS

I received my AOR1 yesterday (JUNE 16th 2016) and I am not able to access my ECAS.

I have tried using following combinations:

1) Application number + PA's LAST NAME + PA's DOB +PA's PLACE OF BIRTH
2) UCI + Sponsor's LAST NAME + Sponsor's DOB + Sponsor's PLACE OF BIRTH

Could anyone advice on this Issue ...??

Step 1 complete and . . . EXHALE! I'm waiting on the SA as well. Our timeline:

Application received: May 30th
AOR1: June 17th
Waiting on the SA

Tried to login in to check our application status with our UCI, but it doesn't recognize my login info (can't access ECAS). Does this happen after I receive SA?

Our VO should be Kiev, Ukraine, but from seeing other's comments, I gather that it could be processed in Canada as well, as part of this "back log initiative."

Patience is definitely a virtue!

I was able to see mine 4 days after I received AOR1.
It should be up in few days.

Anyone who received AOR1 this week from tuesday and so on will probably get access the next tuesday. Thats the day they are updating the ECAS.

Filed May 2nd. Received sa June 3rd. But it got the letter in the mail June 16. Maybe it's on it's way!

You can use either of the two but mine only works for primary applicants info.

if you're using the file number, then it's either or. if you're using the UCI number on the AOR, then it's only the sponsor's info.

Guys - Do you really think that our files would be considered in "back log initiative"..?? I mean, wouldn't they try to first get hold on files which "actually" are in back log. Well I hope it does... but to me it seems that our applications are fairly new and this "back log" initiative wouldn't be applicable on MAY 2016 applicants ...... Any thoughts ??

Got AOR1 today.

Application sent via canada express post on May 27, 2016

Application received on May 30,2016 (may 28,29 was weekend) - based on the email just received.

AOR1 received on June 17,2016 via email. Now hope SA wouldn't take long

U may not be able to see any results on your ecas check at least within next 1-2 weeks. BTW, your visa office?

Thats not your SA.you tried from ur side or PA SIDE.still wait for SA .WHEN IT IS APPROVED Trhey might send u email or through mail stating you are approved Nd your file has been transferred to VO.
