I think, the Decision Made in Sponsor's side is a system generated update to all the cases whose sponsorship has already been approved. Now, the Principal Applicants' file might have been chosen for further scrutiny.

One of my friends in process asked me, 'Is there any difference in terms of taking decision making process/time/consideration on sponsorship in processing between the PR and citizen of Canada?" I was not sure but said, "NO". Am I right?

Hi Ishita, I think, you should call CIC now. I also haven't received my SA letter/email yet but when I called CIC this morning, she checked the file and informed me that my SA has already been approved and the file was transferred too. She also assured me of forwarding a note to issue SA letter...
