I am at the same situation got AOR on 11 july and still waiting for MR. Hopefully we hear something soon.

I am May 2014 applicant too. I have done my medical exam for my BoWP since Nov and I received it already.

My question is: if you've done Medical test upfront, will CIC send you or let you know that they received it?

I'm really concern since I haven't heard anything from CIC.

Any advise or suggestion would be appreciated.

I see a few people getting rcmp request along with or after the Medical. Is that quite common? The request for RCMP? Also, how long does it take to get that completed? Hopefully faster than the cursed FBI background check that takes 2-3 months.

2 friends of mine who did not provide employment letter received MR and PCC requests. I applied on 21st May and they applied 2 weeks after me. I am concerned about my own application now... I wonder whats happening with my application. I got my AOR on 3rd July.

I did not receive my MR yet.. I have applied for gcms and came to know that it requires 2nd review. My employment letter did not mention duties I will be sending another letter soon.
Lets update the sheet who are waiting for MR. if you guys have not applied for gcms, please do it asap.

good move. I too applied for gcms notes last week, as I am sure something fishy is going on. A couple of my friends provided the same set of supporting documents and theirs went through to the next step. I am usually the bad luck magnet so I should not be surprised if mine is stuck for any reason.

Yes i paid RFPF fee upfront to speed up the process .. its taking forever !! :'(

My friend applied way back in 2013 and got her PR. Her ecas once showed "Received application Jan 20, 2013" and "Start processing your application Oct 25, 2013". So it was like 10 months before they requested her MR. She got it done and got her visa right away. I think everything will fall in the 13 months processing time frame as they promised.

We shouldn't get frustrated easily. I know it's hard even for me too. But it will come guys )

I got AOR on June 25th and nothing after that..very sure that the file has gone for review..
