Yes, I agree. Prepare a cover letter and mention about any documents that you are going to send after 45 days. BTW, I submitted mine. Good luck.

We both are sailing on the same boat, I was on a trip out side canada and came back today and found in mail i got an RQ from Scarborough CIC office dated 15th of last month.

I have to complet the RQ form and send the required docs with in 45 busiessdays. I need to rush fast as i lost already 20 +days.

Thats true he got RQ from Sydney and mine from Scarb, I think they pick and share application between diffrent office's as backlog is killing them.

Look at your PR card for the client ID. 8 digit number in the form of xxxx-xxxx. You can find the CIC contact info at the CIC website, cic.gc.ca.

I want check with you about are you a single applicatant or family applicant ? In my RQ from CIC Scarb it was very specifically directed to me with my name.
Do you think still we need to submit all supporting documents for my wife and son aswell to prove that we 3 completed 1095 days in last 4 years in canada ?
or only my documents ?

Hi, I am a single applicant. I am pretty much sure that only you got RQ'd, not your family. For the safe side, call the call center and confirm. Also, since you are with your family, you will have to submit many documents of family members, such as kid's schooling docs, wife's tax assessments, if you filed as married etc., to support your RQ responses. Finally, read the questions and suggested supporting documents carefully and thoroughly before deciding which documents you are going to provide. Good luck.

Did you get the name of the agent? Make sure you mention that on your letter. Show them that you take notes and aware of what's going on. IF you didn't get a name, call back and ask the same questions. Note down the hour, date and the name or number of the agent. Call from your cell so you also have the number shown on your bill. I believe that's the way to go. Your call...

Could you please share with us the details of application, such as single/family application, continuously employed/intermittent employed/home make, travel history, etc.

that means....we should start reading booklet honestly i havent started..thought it would take 25 months why bother myself now.
