just called cic awhile ago to get an appointment at a local cic in edmonton. it takes 6-8 weeks to get an appointment. too long.

anyone tried going to the alberta-montana border in coutts just recently? how was the winter drive? planning on driving there this weekend.

Congrats SSR, this means PPR's for October's "In Process" Applicants has started, which is a great sign for the rest of us. Congrats again ..wish you all the best

Received my PPR an hour ago. ECAS is still "In Process". I am happy but not too much- I cannot land before June due to 2 trips outside of Canada before...
However, there is no word about photos, just passport requested. Is this possible?

I feel nothing special, just "at last". I have another application under CEC almost finalized, now hesitating should I send passport right now or get another PPR and send there? No province restriction under latter.....
Believe me or not, it's not the easiest moment. But better than without PPR
