For Buffalo VO, you need to send the originals of: certificate of POF, IELTS, and certificate of employment. Transcripts have to be on a sealed university envelope. I don't know what you mean by reference letters and stuff..

pls advice me i applied in noc 0111 on 05 may 2010 nova socita canada self assessment claim 69 point.
2) my work experience 1993 to 1997 as asst manager finance
3) i started business as partner my job for arrange finance , investment and distribution of profit as manager finance and purchase negotiate on financial matter with foreign firm regarding purchase and turn key basis from 1997 to 2007
4) i establish new firm and same duties like arrange finance , investment and distribution of profit as manager finance and purchase negotiate on financial matter with foreign firm regarding purchase and turn key basis.

pls advice me will they consider my experience from 1993 to-date
need your suggestion

They will only consider jobs that are in the 38 NOC list AND those that you had in the past ten years.

POF is proof of funds. I've read it somewhere in this forum that there's another way of dealing with the sealed transcripts issue especially for countries where they are having a hard time getting even a plain transcript.

It might be a problem. I've read somewhere in this forum that other members are suggesting to people with the same problem to photocopy their passports and "notarize it somewhat" (I forgot the term they used) in lieu of a birth certificate.

feb 2008 - feb 2009 (2282)IT support technician (1 year part time)

mar 2006 - oct 2006 (0213) MIS assisstant (8 months)

I already have 3 year points for full time but bit confuse how to count these ones..
