Hi there,

I am Sans, I am applying through an agent and they sent my initial application to NS on May 10, 2010. It my time to wait for the next stage now and would like to know what kind of preparations can be done at this point for the next stage. I am working in Yemen now and I also worked in the UAE. So I am a bit concerned about obtaining my PCC cleared from both these countries. Is there anyone worked or working in any of the countries who took a PCC already or someone with knowlege on this please advise me. I just would like to know how long it took for you and how can we apply for the same.

My next concern is preparing docs in advance. Is it good to prepare all docs for the next stage in advance now. If yes please advise me what kind of docs are required so that I can send it immediately when they ask for. Another thing I heard is the PCC is valid only for three months, so what do you guys think? Its only one month from the date I applied now. Can I expect to be informed by the CHC Delhi to be asked for the docs in the next 3 months.

Hi,

Hopefully you will get before 3 months from now so its better to start gathering your documents like PCC and other documents work experience letter, university transcripts etc. I have put the information on how you can obtain PCC from UAE and Yemen. Further if you have stayed in any country for 6months or more after turning 18 you will need to obtain PCC from those countries as well.

Yes. Only one police clearance certificate from any emirate in the UAE is sufficient.
How to get one?

Local Requests:

You should apply in person at the police department of the emirate. You will be required to present the following documents:

your original passport, as well a copy;
a copy of your resident visa;
three photographs; and
applicable fees.
Non-Resident Requests:

Applicants may send applications by courier with a pre-paid airway bill to the relevant police department office of the emirate you resided in, the addresses are listed below. You must submit with your application the following:

a set of fingerprints certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the UAE Embassy in your country of current residence;
a copy of your passport;

Hi sherry00

For Buffalo VO, you need to send the originals of: certificate of POF, IELTS, and certificate of employment. Transcripts have to be on a sealed university envelope. I don't know what you mean by reference letters and stuff..

pls advice me i applied in noc 0111 on 05 may 2010 nova socita canada self assessment claim 69 point.
2) my work experience 1993 to 1997 as asst manager finance
3) i started business as partner my job for arrange finance , investment and distribution of profit as manager finance and purchase negotiate on financial matter with foreign firm regarding purchase and turn key basis from 1997 to 2007
4) i establish new firm and same duties like arrange finance , investment and distribution of profit as manager finance and purchase negotiate on financial matter with foreign firm regarding purchase and turn key basis.

pls advice me will they consider my experience from 1993 to-date
