Krish,
I think it was not required to informed about pregnancy to VO at that time.
As per rule when there is a change in a family history it is compulsory to inform this change to VO but it was a proposed change... anyway but it will not affect yr case but i hope you will get good response on 2.2.12.

All the best..
HONEYJACK

Seems the cases for pre-June 2010 have also been started moving in London VO as well. Below is the e-cas details of my friend from London VO. He is under NOC 0111.

We transferred your application to the London England office on April 1, 2010. The London England office may contact you.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on January 13, 2012.

Hi All,

I have a very bad news. My e-case status shows as "Withdrawn". The contenet is as follows:

We received your application for permanent residence on February 22, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on March 30, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the Seattle office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the Seattle office on April 7, 2010. The Seattle office may contact you.

We transferred your application to the Seattle office on November 2, 2011. The Seattle office may contact you.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on January 11, 2012.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

It is really very much frustrating and heart breaking news. After a 2 years of wait, now they are saying that my application has been Withdrawn. I do not know the reason yet. I am waiting for the letter from the Seattle Office. I am not sure whther I should trust the status in e-case or not. My mind is really blank at this point. I was having so many future plans in Canada. Every thing got collapsed in one day.

I do not know what to do at this point.
dont worry it might b a mistake
many of our applicants got decision made several times in past two years
hopefully you will get good news soon

these days WITHDRAWN also means that your app withdrawn from old system and created into new immigration system. just one possibility.

I have not yet received the MR.

Krish.

Then it would be just an techinical error...
Sent them a CSQ

Another thing I make out from your conversation is that you have changed your visa fooice from Buffalo to Seatle. I think this has got something to do with it, may be for Buffalo office it stands withdrawn and in Seatle office in Process... Just a thought

I agree with Dhillon for both possibilities.

It is a good news. That means that CIC don't stop put the pre-June 2010 applications in Process.

However, I almost don't see they has started processing any case, whose 1st AoR is after June 2010.

Dear kkomandla & Friends,

Just understand what the E-CAS is saying, its saying "Withdrawn".

How could this be a true status after it comes to In Process ?
"Withdrawn" is only possible when the applicant (kkomandla) withdraws the application. If in case it is rejection then E-CAS Status must be "Decision Made" .

Below is the nomenclature which CHC/VO should follow & reflects on E-CAS. We all know & is mentioned on the website of CIC.

VISA OFFICE ELIGIBILITY REVIEW COMPLETE
Visa Office - Eligibility Review Complete
The review of the application and supporting documents has been completed at the visa office. A letter with additional information has been mailed.

WITHDRAWN
Application Withdrawn
We withdrew your application and your file has been closed.

IN PROCESS
In Process
Based on review of your complete application package, it has been determined that your application is eligible for processing.
Processing has begun.

DECISION MADE
(A decision has been made at this point.) Medical Results Received by CIC
We have received your medical results. We will contact you only if additional tests are needed.

Approval Status Determined
Your application will be either approved or rejected. We will inform you of the decision in writing.

Permanent Residence Status Determined
If your application is approved, we will send you your permanent resident documentation and a letter saying what we need to finalize your permanent residence.

Now obviously kkomandla has not sent any communication to CHC/VO for withdrawing application so I am sure this must be another E-CAS error or as many people say here a data transfer error.

Still to get a vivid picture you must write to CHC in a CSQ since I am no expert in this.

I totally agree with you. there must be a mistake while changing the status. Unless you send a request to withdraw it won't be moved to withdraw. Even some times the address what you send in application is entered incorrectly into database. it happened to my application, and later I corrected it.

i asume that
Visa Offices started working on those cases who submitted full documents from Jan 2010 to June 2010
most of us has submitted our full documents after september 2010
hopefully within 4 to 5 months we will be sharing our news

JANUARY ENDS WITHOUT ANY GOOD NEWS :-[ :-[ :-[
