THANX for nice post.may i add here that recently CANADA TRUST,a leading Canadian Bank, had conducted a survey which enunciated the fact that the country requires change in IMMIGRATION Policy so as to replenish the depleting work FORCE,specially in the skilled workers sector.The survey report was sent to the Fedral Govt. for making it abrest of the ground level situation.Seemingly,such reports are the refrective action taken by the GOVT'S in the recent past.
LET US HOPE FOR THE BEST.

That seems a little hope to wait atleast for MR, dont know abt the rest of process

I should have apply for CAIPS notes now instead of I did it in dec'2011 when I got nothing in my CAIPS note.

Hi Kavya,

I think what you are saying is correct. In reply to CSQ made by the applicant, London VO has replied that they expect to "Complete Review of MI-1 files by June-12". This means further steps like MR and Visa Issuance may delay and may not complete till Dec-12. NDVO have also replied saying that "MI-1 files are expected to be In Process in 2012, but may not get decision until 2013".

This means that some of us will have to wait till 1Q of 2013 to get the maple leaf, even if they get real in-process in 2012. This is what I believe.

I really want to be honest that, I want to come out of this process, Its just I believe in KARMA and I am sure I might have made to wait some one in other birth which is resulting here ,

The only thing Caips will give you is the BFD which holds no relevance

Then WHY , Just because everybody is applying you fell you should apply too

actions under duress are never good

You are one of the better experienced members of the forum Just relax
