Settlement funds

Dear All,

Here is my query of ur help ,, im May 2010 Applicant,im single applicant,when i send my full docs to London VO, I showed them about 14000USD funds in my bank, Now that i have invested some of that mony in property which is in my name, and rest of my acc. balance is 7500USD which is below limit of 11115CD's. What if send to the concerned VO the valuation of the home property which is about 8 Lacs in Pak Rupees and if i sum up this whole amount it will go beyond the prescribe limit? In short would valuation of home property will be considered for proof of funds.

SANJUBABA- this person did all mental harrasement to me and my family. he has used all bad words which a genune person cant even think to use to a lady. he got very frastated so please ignore him for any future communication. he can even hack ur id and can do any thing with ur system IP address. he spoiled my whole sunday and I am kindly requesting you all not to follow him at any stage of time

Yes, i believe you can download those from the website. Did they ask for another set of NBI clearance?

Thanks for the info. By the way, good luck with your NBI clearance. I've been hearing horrible stories about the long lines and daily quotas in trying to get one. Hopefully, people who need it for immigration purposes have an easier time getting one. =)

When ever I log into check my ecase using the 1st AOR Old File #it says.

"RBVO pending review"....

When I log with the New File # it show error or your file has not been processed.

Why did the CIC gave me 2 different File #....

Property valuation will NOT be considered as funds for resettlement to Canada

ONLY THE NON-ENCUMBERED REPATRIABLE FUNDS COVERING LANDING FUNDS MAY BE ACCEPTABLE.INVESTMENT IN FIXED ASSETS DOES NOT COME UNDER ITS DOMAIN.SO,PLEASE TRY WORKING ON IT.

Means 67 points achieved in Principal and most likely you are sorted

Unless you goof up with quality of the docs

99.99% applicants get through to Visa after getting the Processing date in the past history
so says my consultant

Review date means In Principal approval (doesn't guarantee 67 points), whereas CAIPS will tell you that VO have gone through your documents, found them alright & you are through as far as points are concerned. So, to that extent you got relieved.

No harm in ordering CAIPS. It doesn't cost you much.

Dear Brothers/Sisters,

by the grace of Allah, we recieved our PR on friday march 22nd 2012. We are a may 2010 applicant as well applied at BUffalo office, NY as we are living in Canada. On March 25th 2012 yesterday we did our landing on USA border by Surrey, BC. We have been a regular visitor/follower of the forum. Thats why sharing our experience.
