Marriage after COPR

Hi guys, unable to find straight answers to this situation, any help will be appreciated.
Applied for PR through express entry (FSW-Outland) for myself and my common law partner in June 2023. Received RFV email last week. Passports have been sent for stamping. COPR expiry is May 2024.
Question: Since both our COPR's are approved, if we now choose to get married before we land in Canada, do we have to inform IRCC? If we do, does that change/modify the process in any way?

I've seen people say you should inform, but it shouldn't be a problem. Maybe emphasize in the webform that this is the same partner you had as dependent CLP on the application and nothing is changing as far as that goes.
