I read somewhere that we need to wait for 48 to 72 hours before creating an account. So i guess its a wait game .

Include yourself in the number of family members. I used 2 instead of 1 and it did work.
Can you share the link and the link which i use to register doesnt have family number count?
I just have a question regarding our application. so we have submitted our application January of this year as outland, And I (sponsor) has received an eligibility letter already But my husband (PA) has not received any eligibility letter yet But his tracker says it is complete and has received a pre-arrival letter. is he supposed to receive eligibility letter?
You mentioned you received your AOR yesterday so you should be able to create an account with the given UCI and application number from that email
I am not able to create as it says "Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet"

I think , they'll send an email down the road. IRCC seems little slow in sending email
Can I ask you if you had to send in any extra paperwork and what country the PA is from? My husband and I submitted our outland application in December (he is from US). He's done medical, biometrics, submitted requested extra paperwork and he got an email to register for pre-arrival services. I recieved the AOR about a month after submission and I got a letter confirming my eligibility as a sponsor shortly after that. I'd have to actually look at the emails for the dates.

Hi, did you use Sponsor or PA's credentials? I'm still unable to link my application
First i was only able to Login in GC Key with PA account and today i randomly tried to create an account in PR tracker with PA and Sponsor and luckily both worked.
I'm able to log in to Application tracker, but not GC Key.
For GC KEY, in the applicant portion shoould I put PA or sponsor info?
