How can you know which VO Office is doing your application process? Thank you!

When you receive the AOR, it will say which VO your file is at. Also, if I remember correctly, my BIL also had the VO office listed.

Dear All,

Giving an update to all of you regarding my application. I called IRCC today for an update as my tracker is not updated since May 29, 2024. My criminality has been completed on July 17, 2024 and security is not started yet. My application has been transferred to ETOBICOKE center on the same day (July 17, 2024). I specifically asked if my application is on hold or still in progress, the agent mentioned it’s in progress (no need to worry) and is within the normal processing timeframe.

Definitely still within the timeframe, but sounds positive that you have been moved to a different VO. I haven't been moved yet, but probably will be soon. Just received my AIP today. Tracker still isn't updating at all for anyone it seems.

When sponsor got home from work and checked email, we also received SA. We seem to be getting closer, a little at a time.

Biometrics: Not sure if they will ask me for that because when I came to Canada as a worker I gave them my Biometrics.

No tracker still isn't working, having to rely on GCKey only.

I submitted an inquiry to IRCC using webform mentioning tracker updates. Once I get it resolve or hear anything back from them I will post here to provide an update.

Hello, just letting everyone know that our tracker has not been updated since April 29. It only shows that the application was received. It’s been a month of waiting since the last update (July 4, Medical Passed). We only rely in GcKey. I guess, it is still a waiting game since the processing time is 11 months for inland.

Funny how it’s a month shorter for outland applicants as they only have to wait for 10 months, lol.

We will post updates when we get one.

See above, the tracker is not working for anyone since mid-June. You can file a webform for technical issues. Maybe if more people do so, they will fix it faster.
